Anyway, for those of you interested, the sun sets for us riders every day at around 20:02 CEST- central european summer time, which is an hour ahead of BST. It doesn’t change by more than a minute or two for the entire 9 days ride due to the fact that we’re riding west.
The sun rises at 7:33 (CEST) on our first full morning in France and creeps up to 7:58 by the time we leave San Sebastian 7 days later. It remains to be seen whether any riders will actually see that sunrise given that we’ll have spent the night before exploring San Sebastian!
